This BUCK NOBLEMAN -- EXTREMELY Tough Steel!!! Escalated the price point due to the steel involved.PRICE = $1200
Kershaws can be tricky to engrave due thinning of the scales (to 0.015") to make room for the spring assist. This did not have the finish detail I would have liked... but kept it under the client's budget.Price $265
SINGLE ACTION .45 ENGRAVINGSINGLE ACTION SIX-SHOOTERS ARE AMONG THE MOST ENGRAVEABLE GUNS EVER MADE!! Pricing, of course, varies with the percentage of engraving coverage on the revolver. There are additional fees, as these have to be broken down completely to base components. If the gun is to be BLUED at the end -- that also adds additional time, and some of the engraving details can be lost to the viewer's eye. The Uberti here has a FRENCH GREY FINISH. It has about 60% coverage and client cost was $3000.

And cost much less than re-blueing (see the six-gun to the left on this page).Unless you can send the gun already de-blued and broken down -- there will be additional fees for disassembly and reassembly. A notable exception for gunsmithing fees are semi-auto slides which are easily removed.
